About the KAIZEN™ Congress East Africa

On the 13th and 14th of August 2024, we will be hosting the 19th Annual KAIZEN™ Congress East Africa in association with the Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM), which will showcase Practical applications of authentic KAIZEN™ methodologies by Worldwide Industry Stalwarts & Pioneers.

The objective is for participants to learn about and be Inspired by the possibility of Holistic organizational transformation in the realm of Business Excellence. The 2-day congress agenda will be power-packed with Keynote Sessions, Knowledge Sessions, Case Study Competition, and Benchmark Tours.
