About the KAIZEN™ Congress East Africa

KAIZEN™ Congress East Africa: Transforming Organizations for 19 Years

For the past 19 years, KAIZEN™ Congress East Africa has been an annual event that serves as a platform for learning, inspiration, and collaboration in East Africa.

On the 27th and 28th of August 2025, we will be hosting the 20th Annual KAIZEN™ Congress East Africa in association with the Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM), which will showcase practical applications of authentic KAIZEN™ methodologies by worldwide industry stalwarts and pioneers.

The objective is for participants to learn about and be inspired by the possibility of holistic organizational transformation in the realm of Business Excellence.
